I am 58. In late 2021, I started to changed my diet, reduce carbs, excess sugar and fast from 4pm until 8am. I walk three to four times per week for about 30 minutes. My physican was blown away that 10 months later at my normal yearly checkup that I lost 89 pounds. My labs were superb too.

I am in better physical and mental health today with no meds than I was in 2004 when I was anxious, bloated and on multiple meds.

Hi Doctor Jason Fung, I happened to find your Youtube channel and this page. Your medical sharings are so insightful and mind-opening. Especially the fasting process. I have practised fasting for a while and it improves my metabolism and overall health significantly as well as cleansing the heart. Could you share more articles like this, also about cancer? Thank you so much!
