I have been recommended magnesium malate. I already take the glyicinate.

Is malate any good?

I was hoping there would be a brand name of magnesium supplement! I don’t expect you to “advertise” it but a range of name brands would have been helpful. There is a ton of info that you have shared but not reliable info on the product.

IMHO: For that sort of thing, join Consumer Labs. They test what's in a supplement and also point you to valid studies.

Jason can't do everything, though he's been the main person to save my health!

I take Magnesium Breakthrough my Bioptomizers. It contains all seven forms of magnesium. As for absorbability, I have regular bloodwork and my formerly low magnesium is now at the upper end of normal range.
