I read The Obesity Code a few years ago and it helped me totally change the way I eat and I've done up to 3 1/2 day fasts. Never felt better! And so much less tired. I even took up exercising early this year.

My past unsuccessful diet attempts always involved calorie counting in little notebooks or spreadsheets, which felt like I had taken on an unpaid bookkeeping job with no benefit to show for it.
