How do you explain cachexia in cancer and why patients who have been cachectic for several weeks/months still go on to quickly die of their cancer? Why does cancer sometimes cause muscle wasting and loss of appetite but continue to grow?

Yes, cancer cells eat sugar/glucose/carbs. Iodine is required for every cell in our body and is stored in the breasts among other organs. Iodine is part of our immune system, required for cellular/glandular secretion and to make thyroid hormones. Iodine is anti cancer. D3 is required for all cells that are tissue based and D3 is required to make macrophages and signal our immune system since D3 is a super hormone, not a vitamin. Low D and Low iodine = low immune system = more money for oncologists.
